There are so many reasons why one should consider becoming part of an organization he or she believes in. We all have important
values and ideas, things we care about and want to share. There are thousands of organizations/groups each with specific purposes
and/or goals. We hope to get our message out to a larger audience of people who share our common interest. That is
why we invite you to visit us or attend any event. Our Officers and Board of Directors are more than happy to answer any questions
you may have about the Association.
Please remember we are only as good as our members. The more members, especially active members we have the more we can
accomplish. Let's all work together to make this area we call home a place we can all be proud of!!!
Donations are always needed and greatly appreciated! All contributions stay in our area and help
aide us in accomplishing some of our many goals.

Where are we?
Sherwood Shores is located on the shores of the west end
of beautiful Lake Texoma, on the east side of FM 377,
just south of the Oklahoma border.

An accomplishment of the Association was obtaining a building so
that we could better serve the community. We were able to accomplish that goal by obtaining what is now known as the Sherwood
Shores Community Center.
The Sherwood Shores Community Center is located at 36 Mohawk Drive in Sherwood Shores. The center is available
for rental for reunions, parties, family gatherings and etc. by calling
903-523-4340
*** One benefit of joining the Association is that members get a discount off the Community Center rental
